SHEPARD TONES
Auditory Illusion: A Shepard Tone consists of sine waves separated by octaves. It creates the illusion of a pitch that is continually descending, but never actually gets lower. This "Infinite Fall" tricks the temporal processing centers.
OPTOKINETIC REFLEX
Visual Anchoring: When your eyes lock onto the center of the moving tunnel, your brain engages the Optokinetic Reflex to stabilize the image. This reflex suppresses the Amygdala because the brain prioritizes visual navigation over emotional processing.
