GHOST_WALL utilizes High-Intensity Directional White Noise. While humans typically stop hearing sounds above 20kHz, cats can hear up to 64kHz. By emitting a dense "acoustic cloud" in the 22kHz to 25kHz range, we create what veterinary behaviorists call an Acoustically Crowded Zone.

It is the feline equivalent of walking into a room with a piercing, staticky sound. It isn't painful, but it is "noisy" to their sensitive ears, causing them to naturally and calmly choose to leave the area.
